About Me

My name is Aaron Martinez. I have been developing instructional experiences for over 10 years. I have the privilege of currently working for a company to design effective and successful sales training. 

I have collaborated with other learning professionals and SME's to develop online, hybrid, interactive, and multi-media experiences with a shared goal of generating better outcomes for the stakeholders.  

In every learning environment, I make the learner my highest priority. Every decision I make is based on what will help them perform their best which, in turn, elevates the success of the entire organization.
